- What file formats do I receive?
- Most of our templates come as editable PDF and PNG files. Some designs also include a Google Slides link for easy browser-based editing. File formats are listed on each product page.
- How do I receive my download after purchase?
- Immediately after checkout, you'll land on a confirmation page with your download link. You'll also receive an email with your order details. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder.
- Can I customize the templates?
- Yes! All templates are designed to be edited. You can update names, dates, colors, and more using Adobe Acrobat (free), Canva, or Google Slides depending on the file format.
- Do I need special software?
- Nope. You can edit our PDF templates with the free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, or use Canva or Google Slides for the formats that support it. No design experience needed.
- Can I print these at home?
- Absolutely. All files are print-ready at high resolution (300 DPI). You can also send them digitally — by text, email, or social media.
- What's your refund policy?
- Because our products are digital downloads, we don't offer refunds after the file has been accessed. However, if you have any issues with your purchase, reach out to us at team@the-template-co.madethis.app and we'll make it right.
- Can I use these templates for commercial purposes?
- Our templates are licensed for personal use only. Each purchase is for one event. Please reach out if you have specific commercial needs.
- I lost my download link. What do I do?
- No problem! Email us at team@the-template-co.madethis.app with your order details and we'll resend it right away.
